Aerial Photography & Videography Services

We are excited to now offer the following professional photography and videography services to further support our clients. Please contact us for professional site progress reporting, real estate media creation, and tower inspection photography and videography! For commercial inquires, please contact info@ticad.ca.

​Ultra Pics Package - Professional Real Estate Photography

This package is designed for properties up to 2,500 square feet and will produce images for Professional Real Estate Photography and for website use. This package includes Interior and exterior coverage and up to 20 finished images, and post production processing. Site visit takes approximately two hours to complete.​

​Fly-high Pics Package - Stunning Aerial Photography

This package includes up to five finished exterior aerial images of the home or property, up to five acres. ​

​Pro Pics Bundle - Professional Photography Combo Package

This package combines both the Ultra Pics package with the Fly-high Pics package to create a beautiful presentation of the exterior and interior features of the home and property.

​Fly-high Video Package - Stunning Aerial Video for Scenic Properties

​This package is essential for large properties and scenic homes. This package will produce a 1- 2 minute MLS video of exterior features of the home and property up to five acres.

​Premium Package - Exclusive Listing Combo Package

This combination bundle is our premium package designed to make your listing stand out. This package will generate two MLS & Branded videos along with up to 25 finished images. Homes in this category get more exposure and are under contract faster. ​

'Golden Hour' Exterior Pics - Professional Presentation Package
$229.00

This service includes brilliant twilight exterior photography. Package generates two to four finished images.

Additional Services

Image Re-touching
$45.00/hr

This service applies if specific retouching is requested. Re-touching services include the removal of objects or major blemishes. An estimate will be provided prior to the commencement of work.
