Our process is built on five distinct phases. To ensure transparency, we define the scope and limitations of each stage below:
We establish the assessment roadmap by identifying primary systems and accessible components.
Note: This phase is limited to components that are safely and readily accessible at the time of the appointment. It excludes hidden, buried, or obstructed elements.
We perform a diligent, non-invasive examination of visible elements in accordance with industry standards.
Note: We do not perform destructive testing, move furniture, or dismantle equipment. Our inspection is limited to what can be observed without causing damage to the property.
We evaluate gathered data to identify patterns, systemic issues, or risks present at the time of the assessment.
Note: Analysis is based on conditions observed during the site visit and does not constitute a prediction or guarantee of the future performance of any system or component.
We utilize professional-grade technology to uncover indications of moisture, structural movement, or safety concerns.
Note: Tools such as thermal imaging or moisture meters provide data-driven indications; however, they are not a substitute for forensic engineering or absolute certainty regarding hidden conditions.
We translate our findings into a clear, objective report to assist in your evaluation of the property.
Note: This report is for the exclusive use of the customer. It provides professional opinions to aid in decision-making but does not serve as an insurance policy or a substitute for legal or financial advice.
